It has been a quiet couple of days, as mum has been on shift and the autumn weather has kept me on my towels. We are glad it is Thursday and the weekend is not too far away. We don't have much planned, as the weather is is going to be grey and there are a few chores to be done. Mum might walk into town though and go to the library. A new DVD or CD to borrow might provide some entertainment. Mum also likes the look of Johnny Depp in Dark Shadows - it looks like fun. What about you guys? Any plans for the weekend?

My human wants to see Dark shadow but it will have to wait a week. As she remembers the old TV show, she is kind of worried that it looks like a comedy. This weekend she has a virtual retreat and then it's Mother's Day.
ReplyDeleteI saw Johnny Depp on Ellen Degeneres Tuesday... I remember watching a few "Dark Shadows" episodes in the late 60's (pre-teen) at our neighbor's house and I got freaked out a couple of times--scared!!!

Nothing exciting here, that we know of. The mom has lots of things she ought to be doing, and very little motivation to them (like repaint her bedroom and the kitchen cupboards, etc.). :-)

ReplyDeleteSunday is Mother's Day here in the US, so there will be waffles. Mom also has to do some other boring stuff. I plan to nap.

ReplyDeleteOur Mom is going to some place with ice with a little person (my niece for Stars on Ice)on Saturday evening. Then she says her kids have to be nice to her on Sunday.
