Newspaper


If your mother wants to read a newspaper, you can stop her getting square eyes by sitting on the paper.  Don't waste your money buying papers mum - you can get all of your news for free on the interwebs.

    Well said, Poppy! Our mom doesn't buy the paper, though she likes to look at the flyers for bargains. Of course we like to settle on the pages--it's our way of ensuring she sticks with her budget. ;-P

    I stopped getting a paper many years ago... because of the internet! My Dad still gets his paper every day though. He likes reading all 4-6 pages of our little hicksville paper.. and the funnies. He does not like internet. Or computers, for that matter. Bah humbug. hahahaha!

    I don't think my human has gotten the paper in my lifetime - she has been getting her news on the internet as long as I can remember. Which is kind of sad - newspaper sitting looks like lots of fun!

    Yes, I am on Goodreads, but I use it mostly for my Quotes. I have so many books waiting in line it's not funny! Both the printed kinds and the digital ones, too!

    it must be the unwritten known across the waters word between the british blue short hairs - obstruct the view of our owners view when reading the paper! Chuck did it once and i haven't been bothered with buying the paper since! x
