Oh, I know it's not funny, but I've cracked up reading this. Couldn't help it, I think most of us have had nights like that, and then it becomes almost impossible to slog through the day at work. I do hope your mum fares better in sleep tonight.
ReplyDeleteWhat a night! This heat is just dreadful made worse by humidity. My night pretty similar. Getting the fan just right not easy. Face ends up frozen rest of me sooo hot.
ReplyDeleteThat’s a lovely photo of Poppy. Makes me want to pick her up and cuddle her. Perhaps the heat got to her too making her feel sick. Good luck tonight mum and Poppy. You will probably sleep with exhaustion.😵🙀
HaHa! Made me laugh to...! :).
ReplyDeleteGlad you told us it was Mum..Poppy!x
'Passed~out' Goodness! :).
What a terrible night! And having to work that morning, too. Ugh.
ReplyDeletemy nights read like this too - but it is Louie the doberman who cannot sleep through the night. He got me up just before earthquake by bashing on door then he froze, as earthquake began he ran passed me into lounge.
ReplyDeleteHope tonight is better for us both xx
Uh oh, not a good night. Hope the next night was better.
ReplyDeleteSounds a lot like my nights. My tablets give me the side effects of a second menopause, but far more severe than the true one a few years back.
Not a fun night! Sorry you got put out for barfing noises, Poppy.
