Quilt Me

Well the anticyclone slipped past our city and left it's trail in other parts of the country.  It has dropped our overnight temperatures enough for mum to put my quilt back on the bed.  Apparently 10 deg us the tipping point for me to snuggle between mums knees to keep warm.  No need for the Fan last night or tonight.

We were pleased to read/see today that 2 16 year olds won bronze medals at the winter Olympics.   They are first medals in 26 years and only our 2nd and 3rd medals at winter Olympics ever!  Well done kiwi kids!

Looked like a BIG fan was blowing outside in some places! :(.

And, yes, you've done well...l've been watching it, on and off,
It's amazing what those guys can do, especially on those boards.
My favourite is still the Bobsleigh though...Love that! :).

  5. I watched the live coverage of the women's big air last night, was so pleased to see the young New Zealand woman take bronze. Well done to her and to your bronze winner in the men's half-pipe. Awesome!

  6. Ten degrees is a good temperature for sleeping - and snuggling. I hope not too much damage has been done by the storms down there.

  7. Glad your storm wasn't bad. Mum saw the one kid win his medal. We were happy about the ladies who play hockey.
