Catoflage

Mum gave me a new towel for my bed and now she has to look close to see if I am on my little bed.  I love me a big towel.

So now we are in lockdown again.  This time hopefully for 3 days.  Mum should have gone to the supermarket today.   Oh well.

  1. I certainly hope you are not in danger of running out of feast, Poppy.
I bet mum has enough food for herself during this new lock down. I wish
they would do lock down here, as the numbers in my little county are sky
rocketing back and worse than they were 6 months ago. I wear my mask and
get in and out of the stores fast. Love looking for you on the towel,
you are hard to pick out.

  2. Our numbers are rising quickly here too, due to the Delta variant. No lockdown yet and I'm not sure people would accept another one. It will be a provincial election next summer; the Premier has to tread pretty carefully if he wants to be re-elected. Politics ahead of public health, of course. :-(

Anyway, we hope you're both well stocked up for the few days!

  3. Where are you Poppy? Have you become a secret agent? Oh I hope mum has stockpiled you up on food. I’m sure she has. I got a big delivery of vegs. Today. A fluke as at that moment we weren’t in lockdown. Don’t you just hate this lockdown even though we are tucked up in bed. I hope everyone sticks to the rules . That way we stay safe and it will be ok for our little country. Tell mum to keep very safe as we all love her so much. You and I can curl up on our electric blankets and dream. I will send you lots of mice to eat in your dreams. 🐭🐭🐭🐭🐭🐭🐭🐭🐭🐭🐭

  5. You look so sweet curled up on your new towel Poppy. Yes Lockdown again ... I was at my local supermarket at 7.28 am this morning & for what reason you ask ..... I was nearly out of cat food!!!!😒 I hardly slept last night thinking that I would need to go & get some & hoping there was some left on the shelves - especially for Madam Pip who is fussy what she eats.

  6. I hope your lockdown ends when they say it will. Ours was seven days and now we are in week three, or is it four I just can’t tell it’s going on and on and on

  8. I hope it's only 3 days! It's better to be proactive. We probably should have been on lockdown several times here, but you know how it goes in the U.S.
