Ready


 We're ready for Santa.  Mum finished her nightshift at 7am.  She went to the supermarket and then came home and did some chores.   Her body though wouldn't let her stay up so she climbed into bed at 10am for a couple of hours.    She then went to the library for another pile of reading.   Home made pad Thai noodles for dinner then mum watched Home Alone and Top Gun.  So now it's 11.35pm and she's wide awake, but glad to be staying home with me now.  

We hope you're all ready for Santa too.  It's Christmas eve here with just a half hour til Christmas day.

    Poppy, mum better not stay up too late or Santa won't make it down the chimney. You both have to have your eyes closed when he comes. Very Merry Christmas to both of you

    We have a bit longer for Santa to show up, but he'll visit New Zealand first. Don't feed him too much! He can't slow down, half-way through his journey. Merry Christmas to you both.
