Mum had a dozen plans in her head for her day off, but a sleep in and watching tik toks was the most she managed in the morning. She did go visit the library and get some dinner. Omnicrom is looming, and the news tells us once it's in it spreads fast. So mum is thinking of checking her supplies at the weekend and getting a few things. She has stocked up on the feast and just ordered 2 more bags of biscuits for me.

Yes, Omicron does spread like crazy but the one good thing (if anything to do with Covid can be good) is that it doesn't appear to cause such serious illness. The numbers are starting to drop now, but I saw on the news there is another mutation of interest. When will it ever end!

ReplyDeleteYes, our small city had the worst infection rate (Omicron) per capita in the entire country...from one of the best regions all through the pandemic to the absolute worst. So it does spread quickly and there's no stopping it. Definitely best to stock up as much as possible!
