Monday

 Today was a public holiday in our city and although it was overcast it was still a warm summers day.  Mum awoke early and invited herself to lunch with friends.   She said she would bring the lunch and was surprised that the supermarket was not too busy.  She got bread, hummus, fresh pineapple,  grapes, biscuits and a slice.

On the way over to their house mum found a nice pile of hydranga bushes where she whipped out her camera and took plenty of pictures.   She enjoyed the company and food, and made it home in time to read her book in yhe sun, and then enjoy a nap with me.  Life is good.
