Late

Mum got home late tonight, so late that it is already tomorrow.   She went and met her friends for lunch, but they were driven inside by the cold and wet weather.  Then mum met her best friend for the rugby.  They got to watch Ireland play Wales, which was a very exciting game.  Lots of the supporters were dressed up and there was lots of singing and cheering. 

Then mum and friends went to a pub to watch England play France, which was a close game too.  So big night out, but mum went home and left all the young ones to it in town.

So we just have to wait for the sheets to whizz through the dryer, then I will help her make the bed and then it will be time to retire.

Me - I guarded the house and had a good snooze.

    Poppy, we are glad to read that Spring has arrived for you. We are enjoying warm Autumn days here.

    Mom loves the photos of you with your Mum's shoes. Caramel has a similar affection for Mom's shoes, slipper, and feets.
