This morning was a bit cooler than normal and mum felt good, as she had had the best nights sleep in weeks. Only one lot of howling woke her up. Who could have done that?
Washing was done and mum went out mid morning to catch up with friends for lunch. She went for a walk and bought herself a couple of treats. She got her 10,000 steps and enjoyed the views of the seaside. The breeze was blowing the salty smells up onto the road and not too many people were in the water.
Mum headed home late afternoon, her feet were getting tired snd she was glad to sit with a cool drink and read her boik in the sun. But first there was a pat and a talk with me, and then my dinner.

ReplyDeleteI don't suppose that loud meowing in the middle of the night came from any of your outside neighbor cats? Surely it didn't come from inside your house. Quite envious of your warm weather and opportunity to walk outside right now. Enjoy it as much as you can.
