Colour


 Mum got bored this afternoon and pulled out her old colouring books and spent an hour or two doing some pictures.   Quite soothing she  said.   I sat and watched,  and snoozed.

    That's so pretty, Poppy. We bet you'd prefer the real feathered variety, though. :-D

    That's a beautiful birdy for you to look at Poppy. I do a bit of coloring once in awhile myself when the weather is so bad I can't stand looking out the window anymore. We need some color in our life.

    That looks wonderful dear Poppy's Mum 😉 I was in the Variety Store with Sid last week & I saw some beautiful Adult colouring books & wondered if that was something I might enjoy. I think I may have to go back again ...............

    Who knew mum was so artistic. Good for her. I used to draw . My mother went to rhe Canterbury art school when she was 16. She knew many now famous artists but she was very beautiful and they wanted her to do nude modeling. Her mother whisked her out so fast. But I remember her doing drawings of me. Could mum do a drawinging of you Poppy. I would love to buy it. Xxx
