Mum thought she would bring some parsley trees home to grow in the kitchen windowsill. Good luck with that plan mum. She did add some to tonights dinner for a touch of green - it was a lemon chicken risotto which she said was rather tasty, even if the chicken stock was due to expire in May 2013. I even got a little raw chicken, which I only eat about 3 times a year.
ooooO! There's little Milo again...He seems to like
ReplyDeletethe parsley trees..!
Tell Mum Poppy!x The window sill is the best place
to grow herbs and things...They seem to do well
behind glass....Though not in direct sunlight!
Milo is pretty cute, look out Poppy you have stiff competition.
ReplyDelete"Parsley is a tummy brush." I learned that in kindergarten (as did we all, no doubt). LOL. Love the sight of something GREEN growing in a sunny window! It's minus 30 Celsius here this morning (windchill), probably the coldest day yet. I can almost feel the warmth in your photos. ::sigh::
ReplyDeletePoppy, dear, please be patient. The parsley needs to grow a while before Mum can begin chopping a stalk into her eggs (and your Feast).
ReplyDeleteParsley Green sounds like a wonderful little village to live in.
ReplyDeleteThat parsley wouldn't last long around us.
