Chaotic Caturday

It has been a chaotic Caturday here.  There were at least six men here hammering and making noises as they stripped the paint from this place.  Mum lasted til 10:30 am and then she had to leave, while I retreated to under the bed.  It was a lovely sunny day so mum took off into town for a big long walk and a couple of visits to the library, then another walk, lunch by the waterfront, another walk and then back to the library to sit and read a book/nod off then another walk and off to meet a bestie for an early dinner, then a twenty minute walk home to feed me my feast.

Hope you enjoyed your Caturday today!!

  2. Poppy, dear, be brave -- and stay under the bed. (Mummy is getting lots of exercise, isn't she.)

  3. That would seriously stress us all out. We sure hope the work is done soon and that the results are worth it!

  7. Poppy, we hope this nightmarish painting business is over very soon. Our nerves would be a shambles if we heard all those men making lots of strange noises to our house. We think you are brave to pose outside with all that scaffolding & tools around. We would be under the bed & not come out until they left for the day. Are you still crabulated or have you decided to ignore all the goings on? It sounds like your mom is escaping for a day full of good activities & will be doing lots of walking. Try to have a good day Poppy.
