Mums only watched a bit of the games, swimming and gymnastics tonight. She admires all the young people who have trained under unusual circumstances and who are doing their best to represent their countries. She's been also watching a few of their tiktoks too where you get to see more if the athletes village.
How about you guys? Watching the games too?

I didn't even know there were Olympics Games in progress. I think my interest in the Olypmics eneded with "Chariots of Fire" in 1924...

ReplyDeleteMum is watching the horsie events. They get recorded cuz they are on at a wonky time. Mum might watch a bit in the evening, but not much. She would rather read a book.
