Mum thinks she might be a little crazy. The birdies were calling out to her tonight as they were hungry, so she put out bread and some seeds and they gobbled them all up. They were hungry after all the days of rain and seemed happy to have a calm evening and full tummies. Just like me.

offer it in large quantities, since its nutritional
value is relatively low...
And..too much can leave them feeling full without
giving them all of the important vitamins, minerals
and nutrients they need...!
So pleased at least your tummy is full Poppy!x
It can certainly be tough on the birdies when it's been too rainy and dark. They can't find enough flying bug to get. Nice of your mum to give them some food. And Poppy you get to watch him eat.
