A Tuesday Reminder

Today is Tuesday, and as a reminder that summer won't last forever we has had a nice blast of cold and wet weather. We aren't complaining too much though, we heard from Donny & Marie (marie the defender) that they were having -50 (C) temperatures, and we know that lots and lots of our friends in the northern hemisphere are swamped with snow.
So this is a wee picture that mum got given for christmas, isn't it cute? The central part of the pot is a piece of embroidered fabric, and it is made by a local artist.
The shelves, on yesterdays post - I don't climb them. I is not a climber, us British shorthair kitties like to have our paws on the floor.
Have a nice week everycat and bean.

  2. Hello there, Poppy Q. We're not doing too bad here weatherwise on the east coast of Canada. It was above freezing and a beautiful sunny day, just right for snoozing by da window.
Mom likes that lovely painting that your mom received and da teacups too.
Glad to hear you are having great weather and a good week.

  3. You guys get all the diffewent seasons and that sounds wike fun! Over here, the weather is bowing hot and wet whole year wound!

  4. That is a pretty pot....
Summer can't last forever unfortunately, but here in Texas is is almost Spring, so winter can't last forever either! It was 80F here yesterday!

  5. Hi Poppy Q,

It's cold here so lately all I do is curl up in my bed and take long naps.

  6. Happy Tuesday!

Oh, MomBean picked a name for the new blurpy girl-it isn't Poppy but it's another flower. She said to thank you for the inspiration.

  7. Hi Poppy Q! That is a very fine picture of a pitcher. We still want to come there to see how beautiful it is, no matter the weather.

  8. Oh, would Jan love to have one like you. She says our climbing antics drive her crazy. Not to mention the havoc we wreak on whatever is in our way. Percy is our best climber and jumper at the moment. Crystal's going to be 10 this year, so he is semi-retired. At least from the high jumps.

  9. That is a very nice picture! It is very cold here on the west coast of Canada too, but not as cold as Donny and Marie in Calgary. I can't wait until it warms up.
