Little Bed

Mum was moving some stuff round the bedroom, and she folded up the fleecy blankie.  It is now my little bed, and I likes to sleep and snore on it.  Mum cleared out a bag of clothing to the charity shop, which was good as it cleared some space.  She does need to do some more spring cleaning, but that might have to wait as this week is a long week, with mum working seven days in a row.  Next week is better with the mumster working only 3 days - a much better ratio.

Oh - and the trick with getting me to sleep on the little bed, is for mum to appear that she didn't want me sleeping there, and that the blankie was special.  That is a magnet to a little grey cat.

  3. Poppy, dear, I did adopt the feral kitten who needed surgery to save her sight. My older cats have been diligent in showing her whose winter blankies are whose, but Nora, a black kitten with stitches 'round her eyes, has chosen a yellow satin Chinese pillow for her roost. She looks like a prop from a production of Fu Manchu!
