Christmas Eveing

Happy Christmas Eve to you all.  Our cupboards and fridge is full and mum is ready for some days off.  People were Armageddon shopping at the supermarket and mum came home and forgot to buy only one thing on her list -  lettuce.  It's a bit too cold for salads here anyway.  She might make a potato salad instead of a green one.  She is sure that there will be plenty of food and treats tomorrow.

  1. I was up the supermarket at eight this
morning..topping up a few things, as my
daughter and hubby will be able to visit
for a few days on Boxing Day..As we've
remained in tier 2..and there still in
tier 3..so, all o.k. for travelling!
Though London and the east are in
    complete lockdown..! :(.

You and Mum have a lovely Christmas
Poppy!x Enjoy your food and treats
    tomorrow! God bless! :o).

  2. Have a very Merry Christmas Poppy. So glad your cupboard is stock and maybe you can share a feast with Santa Claus.

  4. Happy holidays, Merry Christmas to you and your mum, Poppy! Our province will be locking down at midnight on Boxing Day, so people are not only last-minute Christmas shopping, but also Armageddon shopping too. LOL. This biped is happy to stay home today!

Peace and Joy and good health to you both. Purrs from Derry.

  5. Happy Christmas Poppy and Mum. It will be very quiet this year as under tier 2 we can only meet up outdoors and it is far too cold for that. We usually go away for Christmas, but of course that is cancelled.

  7. Christmas Eve was always exciting for me as a boy, Poppy. These days, potato salad sounds pretty exciting, too.
