Our weather has been unseasonably warm and sunny. The sun has shifted though and we get less sun in our house or backyard, making the nights and mornings feel chilly. Mum went for a walk to the market today and enjoyed the warm rays. our fine spell is due to come to an end this week.
Mum has relaxed this weekend. she has read her books and so enjoyed not working.

That sounds like a lovely day, Poppy. I think it's 16C here or a bit more, skies clearing after yesterday's storms. Feels a bit muggy too, a sign of things to (eventually) come.
ReplyDeleteI hope you both have a good week ahead.
It probably has been warmer for you, as you head into winter, than it has been for us up here, heading for summer!
ReplyDeleteYou look like you are trying to get as much warmth from the table as possible, Poppy, every last ounce.
ReplyDeleteI am LOVING this autumn. NOT looking forward to winter at all
ReplyDeleteWe have had above average temps as well
ReplyDeleteUntil today!
We are getting an arctic blast and it’s supposed to last for a while.
Snow is predicted to fall at low levels
It’s been a sit inside and watch Netflix kinda day
You have a great spot there, Poppy.
