Stormy

Mum is glad that she rushed into town straight after work to do some jobs.  It was a bit cloudy, but the by the time she got home the wind picked up and has being blowing like crazy outside.  Now it has cooled down and is pouring.  Poor mum is on call tonight, and she wonders if she has to go out in the bad weather.  Luckily work pays for a taxi to and from work, so she won't get too wet.  We wonder if we will get a couple of sunny days in a row?  Time to turn the on call phone on.  Nite nite.

    Though it's nice and sunny to~day, but cold..! :(.
    I've just got home from town, cup of tea, then l'm
    gonna put the crib up..don't have a tree or decorations,
    just the crib, which is the same crib, l had as a boy...!
    Takes some time, but looks good when finished! :).

    Cross fingers no call out. Our garden could use some rain. All that lightening in Auckland looked frightening.
    Did anybody see David Attenboroughs speech in Poland. A wonderful man but what scary but such a clever man. How can Trump still deny climate change.

    Poppy, dear, my feline housemates have adjourned to the guestroom for the night. That's an inside room with the best heat in the house! Shall be thinking of your mum as we hear the wind and rain gathering force. Do hope she's not called in tonight!
