Me and the mumster are beginning the weekend right. She got to the supermarket to stock up on treats and head home to get my feast ready. Her dinner was decadent. She had left over chilli as an entree and made chicken/broccoli Alfredo for a dinner. The bathroom was cleaned, some washing was washed, dishes were done and now it is time for movies by candlelight.
Mum is watching Guardians of the Galaxy which is a bit of silliness. She has a caramel pudding waiting for her and I might be able to con her into giving me some temptations for supper.
Thank you for worrying about neighbor cat. We know he did not live here before us, asmum met that cat. Although she has not met his family we can tell he is well fed and looked after. We would say that 90% of kiwi cats are like me and have cat doors and are able to be independent and live indoor and outdoor. I only go outside for about 1 hour a day, but I am an old girl and happy to stay inside, especially in the winter.
Anyways we hope you are all having a lovely Friday night too. Treat yourself to something nice!!!

films! :).
I've been out in the garden this morning, bit of
tidying up, it's got very hot to, and not even
11 o'clock yet! Phew!
I've got bits and pieces for lunch to~day...all
cold..and half a tin of rice pudding...cold, straight
out the fridge...! Yum! Yum! I love cold rice pudding! :).
What an interesting life you have poppy. Mums dinner sounded delious. What is your favourite flavoured feast? Millie's treat is ham. We had stewed chicken thighs with rice, onions and celery so tomorrow it will be chicken soup and chicken sandwiches which is yummy.
ReplyDeleteLet us know if your intruder returns.Sweet dreamsXxx
It's good to know about the neighbour cat. He probably has a loving family. Have a wonderful weekend, Poppy, you and your mum.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad the kitty neighbor has a good family! It seems like cats in New Zealand and the U.K. have more freedom than us kitties in the U.S. There are a lot of predators in our area - coyotes, bobcats and there have even been mountain lion sightings not all that far from us! Which is why we have to stay indoors.
