Mum finished work at 3pm and although it was still chilly, the sun was out and so mum went out for a little adventure. She popped into a couple of shops and then caught the bus. It drops her off down the road from home, and she took these photos on the way home. Where we live there are lots of wooden villas built in the early 1900s.
Mum got home in time for feeding my feast. She has some marinated chicken and a potato salad for dinner.
Now she has worked the weekend she is now ready for her days off - yippee!!!
Lovely photos Poppy!x Love the shades! :).ReplyDelete
And Mums got time off...Little more time
to have a bit more fun together! Yippee!!!

Poppy, dear, we people like to prowl, too. However, most middle-aged ladies prefer to survey flowers in front gardens rather than bins in alleys.ReplyDelete
yay for days off and lots of sunshine for you as well.ReplyDelete
It looks like your town has a number of hills. The houses have balconies and verandahs. Is that to take advantage of a summer sun?ReplyDelete
