Stretching


More monty stretching with a twist for my friend Monty Q. Poor mum wishes she could stretch like this. She has got a sore back. She had to come home early today and stay flat on the bed to give her back a rest. I climbed on the bed with her and kept her company.

Mum would like a flexible spine like mine.
