The clouds have gathered across the city tonight, and the promise of rain is in the air. The good thing with that is that it is warm and once tucked up inside we are nice and cosy. These days and nights are all quite similar at the moment. Mum went to the supermarket again after work - this time for broccoli and courgettes/zuccini to add to the stir fry she made for her dinner. She chopped me up a fancy feast so I was happy.
We ladies relaxed this evening, books and television for mum. Lazing on the bed for me - and the odd scratch.

Poppy!x Tell Mum...Snap! I'm having stir fry later on.
ReplyDeleteThough with chicken wings, usually get a dozen on
Sunday in the supermarket, roast them up, ideal for
the week..Break them up into three pieces, into the
wok with some soy sauce, veggie stir fry, and away
we go! Sorted! :).
Keep nice and cosy, Poppy. It is cold and rainy here in Adelaide and I am also tucked up inside in my cosy.

Warm and cosy is good. :-)
ReplyDeleteRight now our spring temps probably are comparable to yours, high teens to low-20s Celsius. Perfect. (If only it could stay this way for oh, 10 months of the year!)
Poppy, dear, please tell your mum I'm experimenting with veggie pizza (as a health food! yes, you may smile as cats do) and have found zukes do very nicely with the onions -- if very sliced very, very thin.
