Last Night

Last night I was very vocal when mum got home after her late shift.  I was hungry , cold and lonely and I meowed  at her for 15 minutes.  I was very  happy when she came to bed to keep  me warm and have a snuggle.  My tummy  was  full of fancy feast and I slept all night.

    Awww, poor Poppy. It's hard being alone all day, isn't it? We're glad you got to snuggle, and most importantly, got your dinner!

    Get that heater going Poppy. Looks like us northerners are still running ours, and
    you need yours now too. Glad mum fed you well enough for some cuddles and sleep time.
    Hope that meant mum got a snooze too.
